Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems, civil structures, kitchen equipment, furniture, and landscaping across all sites.
Manage all cleaning operations and teams, ensuring top hygiene standards across indoor, outdoor, and food prep areas.
Lead a team of 30+ staff across shifts, coordinate with vendors for specialized tasks, and promote a culture of efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.
Ensure safety compliance, manage maintenance budgets and inventories, and maintain detailed records and reports for operational transparency and efficiency.

Advanced degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related field.

Up to 1.4K KWD depending on experience and qualifications plus bonus.
